On my lips
First dot is un-blended, under it is blended. It is buildable though so can be more vivid.
What they say ~ For a natural looking just blushed glow to the cheeks or just bitten in to a strawberry lips this double -duty product is a must have for the make-up bag. The more you sweep it on, the deeper it gets. £9.50 for 8ml
What I say ~ Well I never really thought I would be bothered about this sort of product. Quite a watery type product though which was a bit unexpected. Seemed to almost be double sealed and the applicator was a standard sort of one which worked fine. It dried quite quickly as well. Apparently its been compared to Benefits Bene-tint as well.
Firstly I applied it to my lips and it gave a very light pink colour tint, it was build-able though and that dried and stained my lips nicely giving a deeper red stain. However there were two points that I'd like to note, it tastes really awful. Reminded me of that nail varnish you coat your nails with to stop you biting them. Second point is it did sting a little bit, not so much on the lip but around it.
As for the cheek stain, never used anything like that before but just dabbed a little on the apple cheek and blended in. Did leave a nice colour although it seemed to be a bit intense however it was long lasting and it could be down to me not knowing how to use a cheek stain!
Would I recommend it ~ At £9.50 its quite expensive but not compared to the Benefit one! Its not bad.
Would I buy it again ~ I got it with a magazine (InStyle September 2010 - Rachel Bilson on the cover) so only paid £3.60 for the magazine so I would pay that again for it but not the £9.50, I think it will last a long time though.
