Swatch: Barry M - Gelly Hi Shine - Plum 234

Everyone seems to have swatched and blogged about Barry M and his new Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paints. I got my hands on two of them, this the purple one (234) and the blue one

This polish is beautifully pigmented, I as usual used two coats of this polish. To hide the VNL (visible nail line) which is something which really frustrates me. Very shiny finish as shown in the photos, but I prefer to use a topcoat to help the polish to last longer.

Polish is not a jelly type, that being a thin formula, but a gel like more of a finish you would get from getting gel nail polish set with a UV light.

Purples being difficult to colour accurately photograph makes this swatch a little difficult. Darker deeper plum colour than Barry M's Indigo.

Finish: Cremé
Formula: Easy to work with
Scent: I found it quite potent, not something usual for Barry M
Opacity: One thick coat should do it
Brush Type: Standard
How Much: 10ml

£3.99
