Review: Soap and Glory - Calm One Calm All

"Our deluxe formula comes with a built-in body lotion plus lemon balm, mallow extracts and moisture-magnetising skin conditioners to smooth you while they soothe you. Scented with our Original Pink™ fragrance"

First thing I noticed about this product was how baby pink it was, the packaging is typical Soap and Glory retro styled and the product inside looks pink.

When I went to pour this in to the running bath water first thing I noticed was how thick and indulgent this product was. No chance of too much pouring out! Had to physically squeeze the bottle to get a glob of this out and in to the water.

This really whirled up in to quite a collection of bubbles, I do love a bubble bath it really does help me relax and all those bubbles have a practical purpose too. I am pretty sure they help keep the bath water warmer for longer, which is vital when you are in the bath for 2 hours or longer!

The scent is very much that iconic Soap and Glory, the fresh summery fragrance as Soap and Glory describe as being 'orange leaf, lemon, peach, sweet strawberries, summer rose, gardenia blooms and jasmine.

I would recommend this, and may repurchase this in the future which is quite a good point to make because I am such a 'Lushie' I always would opt for a nice three hour long lush bath, but this has sneeked its way it to my cocktail of bathing products. Something key is how this bubble bath makes my skin feel, it is nicely moisturised even after shaving. This keeps my body moisturised for around 48 hours, I say around but it could be longer but I shower within that time frame so havent tested it for any longer.

Boots £5.50 - 500ml
