Empties: September 2013

ELF - Mineral Infused Primer - I really like this stuff, yes it is silicon packed but that is what helps minimise my pores and create a barrier between my skin and my foundation, meaning it lasts a lot longer. I already have back ups of this [review].

Primark 4 in 1 Gentle Facial Cleansing Wipes - Really don't like these, they are very dry and as such don't make it easy to remove make up. Primark do have others which are better than these gentle ones.

Montagne Jeunesse - Very Berry Face Mask - Nice pick me up mask, very berry scented which is nice for the summer [review].

ELF - Chocolate - Nice enough chocolate brown polish, I have already repurchased this [swatch].

NYC - Top Coat - I got this with the hopes that it would be a cheaper Seche Vite but they changed the formula and this is just a generic topcoat now. Not a repurchase from me.

Soap and Glory - Sugar Crush Body Scrub - I got this in a set for Christmas last year and really enjoyed using it, it is a much fresher lime scent than the traditional S&G scent. The scrub was sticky enough to stick to you so you could actually use it without it falling off. The scent of this is something I suggest everyone goes and has a smell of!

Montagne Jeunesse - Prickly Pear Peel Off Mask - This mask is really good, usually peel off masks don't come off in one piece but this one did which was a surprise [review].

Constance Carroll Lipstick - Black - The lipstick had dried out so it was time for the bin. I would get a new black lipstick but I think I could easily make one from some black pigment and gloss.

Lush - Blackberry Bath Bomb - It has a little Boom Boom sign inside of it which I had forgot about until I noticed the colourful piece of paper floating next to me. This bath ballistic is up there in my top three, makes the water a nice purple colour and the scent is not over powering which could be useful if you have a sensitive nose.

  2. Soap & Glory Sugar Crush is lovely and better (imho) than the usual S&G scent like you say. I want to get the entire set shower gel, lotion and scrub but I've got loads of other things to finish first.
