Nail Polish Battle 2014: Black + Silver

Every year I do a battle of the nail polish, this year I have changed it up to using only new polishes for 2014. That way I can go through the polishes much easier. On to today's battle, looking at black and silver polishes;

 Pretty - Leather Look // Essence - Black is Black // Leighton Denny - Steel Appeal // Barry M - Espresso // Nails Inc - New York Noir

While I really liked the brush on the Essence polish the one coat opacity of the Nails Inc makes it the winner. Which is a shame because it was free with a magazine!

Moving on to the silvers, I didn't get many this year!

CK - Silver Streak // Barry M - Silver Foil Effect

The winner is the Barry M, because it is much less streaky and as an added bonus it is great for stamping with.
