Make Up: Inspired Vamp Eyes

Looking for a little inspiration I was flicking through the September 2011's Marie Claire magazine and I really liked the eye make up in one of the looks

Very vampy and fierce, I never know about using red around the eyes.



I quite like the dark eyebrows but miss mascara!
