Stamping Plate: Bundle Monster 417 (BM417)

This stamping plate is from the forth Bundle Monster set, the first CYO (create your own). It is backed with branded lining to stop it from being sharp, comes covered with a blue cellophane sticker which you have to peel off before use.

On BM417 there are four full nail images and two smaller ones. All of the images were a little tricky to stamp across, I think that is because of the fine lines and details.

You can see all of the designs I have used this plate here,

Review: Born Pretty Store - Chevron Stripe Tape*

This is a roll of chevron striping tape, the roll of tape can be used as a stencil and be painted over or can be used as it is. It comes in six different colours, silver, white, black, gold, blue and red.
The tape itself is very thin which means it sits on the nails well without sticking out. You can use them in both ways which I have or you could peel away the chevron shape and be left with the side parts to create your own chevron colours.

For these nails I used the tape as a stencil. Painting my nails with a base polish waiting until it was dry and then using the tape over top.

Then after painting over with black polish I immediately removed the tape.

Finally I cleaned up the edges of the nails.

For the next nails I used the tape as it is for an accent nail, sticking the tape down to the nail and then removing the sides of the tape.

Leaving behind an accent nail which I went on to top coat, to seal in the design.

The final design I created using the tape was a half and half design. I used the tape across the centre of the nail and then painted one shimmer polish below and another above before removing the tape to create the following design.

You can check out all of the new arrivals at BornPrettyStore here and what is currently most popular here.

Review: Primark PS Love - Lipliner 09 Dark Pink

Primark PS Love Lip Liner Dark Pink 09 is allegedly a dupe for MAC Whirl / Soar which are constantly sold out. This was a fraction of the price at £1.50. I don't own any MAC products so I can't compare the two but I am sure there are others who have done that already.

Dark Pink 09 is a mauve shade with a hint of brown in there.

The formula is quite waxy but this helps it to stay put on the lips.

While it looks like it is a wind up liner it is a pencil which needs sharpening.

It is very similar to my natural lip colour and I like wearing it alone to even out the pigmentation. It is very similar to ELF Fiery Fuchsia.
