Review: Born Pretty Store - Liquid Palisade Latex Peel Off Barrier # 27296*
This is a 6ml bottle of liquid peel off latex barrier for nail art. It is to protect the cuticle and finger from more messy nail art so that the clean up isn't so laborious and time consuming using a brush dipped in acetone. This dries quickly and peels off easily, very simple to use.
I will show how I used it below, the mermaid nail art is from Friday's 40 Great Nail Art Ideas post.
It comes in a nail polish style bottle with a normal brush type applicator. I used this to paint the area around my nail;
Once that was dry, which didn't take very long. You can tell it is dried because it changes colour. I used a make up sponge to sponge on a gradient;
As you can see this did make a bit of a mess. Then I went on to stamp on a mermaid scale design, which again made a mess around the nail;
Finally using tweezers I peeled off the barrier, leaving the fingers and cuticle area clean;
The final nail look;
Another example of when I used this was for a blue gradient;
Again once removed it left my fingers clear of all polish mess. Which is particularly useful for gradient and stamping;
Then I added a seahorse accent;

Review: Born Pretty Store - Gold Mandala Pattern Nail Stickers DTL 120*
This pack of nail stickers contain 26 stickers. These particular ones have a mandala patterns, dream catchers, moons and teardrop designs.
These stickers are thin and flexible which means they really bend with the curve of the nail and so it doesn't matter how strong of a C curve you have to your nails. They are also very sticky and stick well to the nail. You could wear these without a topcoat but I found myself using one to seal the sticker in. But they don't stick up so you don't necessarily have to.
I used these tear drop shaped stickers in a duochrome accent nail art;
