Barry M has been around since the 80's in the UK, I think as a nail brand they are often over looked for something more sparkly or more holographic. The Gelly line is pretty basic in terms of colours but they do make good basic cream polishes which are a good staple in any polish collection.
Oh that is a tough one, there are a few brands I think are totally under-rated. Barry M yeah. I always liked Miss Sporty too :-D
