As this was the catch all battle there were 12 polishes so working out the top three took a while;
As someone who doesn't particularly like wearing white polishes I was surprised that That's the Spirit made it into the top three. It's a white crelly polish with black and orange various size hex glitters;
Thundercloud is a buildable grey base with iridescent flakies, to me it looks like a grey rainy day on my nails;
The winner of the round is Stripes and Scares which is a black crackle / shatter polish. As someone who was around during the 2010 crackle trend I'm glad it is back as the polishes I had have either fully dried up or are very low and so am glad to have this replacement in my collection;
Polishes that are more cool toned and darker grey ones would be on my go to autumn to winter rack if I were to have one. Polishes such as Vintage Violet and Thundercloud;
I would have said nail polishes which need more than two coats to achieve opacity. However more recently I can appreciate a speciality finish polish which needs more coats to show the glowy shimmer or flakie depth. But a cream finish polish, two coats maximum.
