Why on Artificial Nails only? It is gorgeous in the light and glowing. I have lots of glow in the dark polishes and never noticed a warning on mine.
My daughter loved the glows so much she wanted one! So I had to hunt a kids safe glow in the dark polish for her. She is nearly 6 and still don't want to use normal polish on her. Maybe on her toes but I'll wait a bit longer. I started painting mine when I was 8 though!
I don't know why for artificial only, it said on the listing and the bottle itself so thought I best write it in the post. It may be pigment related, but like you I've not seen that warning on a GITD before.
