Swatch: Avon - City Navy

This is a very weird polish, in the bottle it looks black at first. Looking a little closer at the bottle it looks slightly purple. In reality the polish looks very, very deep navy on if not black.

Opacity: Three to four coats needed

Finish: Looks like a shimmer in the bottle, on the nail not so much

Stamping Plate: Bundle Monster 421 (BM421)

This stamping plate is from the forth Bundle Monster set, the first CYO (create your own). It is backed with branded lining to stop it from being sharp, comes covered with a blue cellophane sticker which you have to peel off before use.

On BM421 there are four full nail images and two smaller ones. I think I need to use the police tape one next. All of the images stamped across easily.
