Tomorrow is World Diabetes Day, marked as it is the birthday of Sir Frederick Banting who co-discovered insulin in 1922.

Keep in mind that type one diabetes can be diagnosed at any age, are you aware of the four T's?

The four T's stand for Toilet, Thirsty, Tired and Thinner.

Topic Tuesday: Favourite Nude Polishes

While nude polishes aren't something I tend to wear plain, the two I reach for most are Barry M Mushroom (Green Origin) and Nails Inc St. Alban's Grove. They are good for use in nail art.

I got this plate from the August 2024 Polish Pick Up;

 

It comes with a blue protective sticker and white plastic backing. It is Halloween themed and has a mix of full nail images and single images.

I have used it a couple of times over the Spooky Season and all of the images have stamped across well.
