Nail Polish: Finish Those Bottles

I keep seeing people posting their "pan that pan" posts about finishing eyeshadows and so thought seeing as its a new year I could attempt at finishing some bottles of polish. I went through my collection and picked out 10 bottles to aim to finish in 2025 and marked the fill lines;

OPI Alpine Snow // OPI Ornament to be Together // Leighton Denny Girl's Best Friend // Nail Kind Moroccan Sunrise // ELF Copper // W7 Fluorescent Green // Nails Inc Baker Street // Leighton Denny Falling Stars // OPI Feel the Chemis-tree // OPI Holidazed Over You

My bottle of OPI Alpine Snow was from December 2018 which I used up and the full sized bottle I'm using up is from December 2019.

OPI Ornament to be Together is a mini from the advent calendar 2017, I also have the full size of this so want to use up the mini.

A full sized bottle of Leighton Denny Girl's Best Friend I got this during December 2014.

Nail Kind Moroccan Sunrise is the most recent to my collection from December 2023 to come into the finish the bottle challenge.

ELF Copper is the oldest polish in the challenge, from before August 2010. The formula on this may have changed so it doesn't dry properly but need to wear it to test it out more.

W7 Fluorescent Green is from 2012, a neon pearlescent polish. It is very strongly scented and so want it used up.

Nails Inc Baker Street was from December 2016, its in the older design bottle and I have dupes the same as this.

Leighton Denny Falling Stars was from the QVC auto delivery in December 2015.

OPI Feel the Chemis-tree was another mini from the 2017 advent calendar, I also have the full sized bottle of this.

The final polish is OPI Holidazed Over You, another from the 2017 advent calendar.

Nails: Top 5 Summer Polishes 2023

Summer Solstice was last Wednesday and so I should get around to sharing my top summer polishes for 2023. These are the polishes from my collection I will be reaching for more often.

If you are interested you can see my summer picks for 2022 here2021 here2020 here2019 here2018 here2017 here2015 here and 2014 here.

Orly Plastic Jungle - A vivid green cream colour, opaque in two coats. Also very hard to photograph accurately.

Orly Connect the Dots - A warm almost neon peach cream, surprised at how much I liked this one. Bright and summery in two coats.

Nails Inc Baker Street - A classic within the nail polish realm, cream two coater mid blue. A similar blue would be Barry M Blue Guava.

Emily de Molly Rock Solid - The flakie of my picks, a blue base with blue purple iridescent flakes.

Tonic Polish Jinx - Finally is Jinx a very holographic silver polish, two coats and has a very clear rainbow flair reflection to it.
