Nails: Studded Black Texas Tea
Colors By Llarowe, Black Gold Texas Tea is the darkest strong holo polish I have come across. It's hard to get an actual black holo because of the holographic pigment seems to change the colour to a lighter, grey tone.
The flash made the holo reflect like crazy for the photos making it difficult to see the studs;
So I took a photo without the flash:

Nails: Acrylic Paint - Why I Use It
While I use a lot of nail polishes in my nail art I also really like to use acrylic paints.
I use them for a couple of reasons:
- You can mix custom colours, so I don't need to have a million polishes
- Acrylic paint dries slower than polish, which means you have longer to do your designs and it doesn't go thick, gloopy and stringy

- If you mess up it is easy to wipe off with some water and start again, without messing the base polish
- The pigmentation of the paint is good so you don't need to go over and over the same area

- The acrylic is thinner than normal polish and because of this you can achieve thinner more delicate lines and details
The acrylic paints that I use are from Wilkinsons, I first got this set of twelve paints
I quickly went through the black and white paints and so have purchased these ones which have 75ml in each bottle compared to the 12ml in the mini tubes.
The assorted pack of paints (12ml x12) was around £2
The individual bottles (75ml) were around £1 and the metallic paints are around £1.25

Stamping Plate: Born Pretty Store - BP25
Born Pretty Store recently came out with their own range of stamping plates, I managed to get a couple of these in a special 1p sale. Having not tried any of there plates before I was interested in seeing if they actually stamped, and I was pleasantly surprised. All of these four designs stamped crisp and easily.
These plates come with a branded backing which means the edges not sharp.
I used Kleancolor Metallic Sapphire to stamp with and as you can see I didn't have problems with any of the images. The way the plate is laid out in to four different quarters means even if you have slightly wider or longer nails then the design should fit on to them.
I like the woman image, but she is quite big so would have to be stamped over a couple of nails. The floral image is nice as well, something I haven't seen displayed in that way on a stamping plate before.
Once I have used this plate you will be able to see all of them by clicking here.
I also have a 10% off code for the website which you can use if you want to;
