Swatch: Barry M - Espresso (Matte Black)

There is a new nail polish e-tailer in the UK.

They sell Barry M, China Glaze, Essie, Invogue, Rimmel, Sally Hansen and Tanya Burr polishes, as well as looking to expand their range.

When I was contacted by them to review a polish, and I chose Barry M's Espresso which is a gorgeous matte, chalkboard finish, black. NailPolish.co.uk have all of the new summer 2014 Barry M polishes as well I just happened to choose one from Autumn 2013.

Nails: Bow Street

Seeing as the base of these nails are Nails Inc Bow Street I couldn't help but add a little bow to the nails!

SIMPLES: Accent Nail

The Crumpet has a new challenge going, to help teach nail art from the simple to the master.

So week 1 and the task to master is the Accent Nail, which is very simple to do. Choose a nail (usually the ring finger) and paint it differently to the other nails, I often have two accent nails. Here are some of my examples:

Stamping Plate: MoYou - 101

Recently MoYou have really started to re-brand. I have used the brand before and have purchased plates from them before, you can see those reviews herehere and here. This plate was sent for reviewing purposes, which won't effect my opinion.

As you can see the plates come in a cellophane package and have a blue plastic layer to protect the plate in transit. The plates are fully backed as well with the website address, this is useful as it also means no sharp edges.

Below is the images stamped on to white paper. They all stamped well other than the eyes on the left of the photo, this seems to be a problem with me not being quick enough at stamping though rather than a problem with the plate. These are quirky designs and something different from the floral and filigree patterns typically found on plates.
