Stamping Plate: MoYou Nails - 108

MoYou Nails have recently released a new batch of stamping plates. I have used the brand before and have purchased plates from them before, you can see my reviews on their other plates here. This plate was sent for reviewing purposes, which won't effect my opinion.

 

As you can see the plates come in a cellophane package and have a blue plastic layer to protect the plate in transit. The plates are fully backed as well with the website address, this is useful as it also means no sharp edges.

 

Below is the images stamped on to white paper. They all stamped well if a little wonky thanks for my squishy stamper I was using, seems to work better on my nails than paper. 108 is a music themed plate, with seven images on it. The guitar is quite unique, quite a filigree pattern to it.

These full nail images measure at 15mm x 18mm.

 

Below is the images stamped on to white paper. They all stamped well if a little wonky thanks for my squishy stamper I was using. The chevrons and striped images are really useful as manual placing of striping tape or stickers to get the same look is very fiddly and stamping is so much easier I find.

Review: MoYou - Special Nail Polish - Atlantic Green*

MoYou Stamping Nail Polish - Atlantic Green

 This stamping nail polish is a polish designed specially for stamping which comes in a small cardboard box.

MoYou describe it as;
"Create designs inspired by nature with the bright Atlantic Green stamping nail polish. If you enjoy the vivid green colours, this nail polish will spice up your nails and will make your nail art look as fresh as the grass in springtime."

As they say you can use it as a standard nail polish, which I have swatched below;

Atlantic Green is a neon green shade which dries to a semi matte finish. MoYou say it is great for spring and summer nails, which I would agree with along with Halloween nails. The brush is flattened and wide.

I used this on the MoYou stamping mat to show it over a dark base as well as a light base and as you can see it does cover both lighter bases as well as a darker base.

 This stamping nail polish is a polish designed specially for stamping which comes in a small cardboard box.

Forest Green is a darker green shade which dries to a semi matte finish. It is good for nature type nails as well as Christmas designs too. The brush is flattened and wide.

I used this on the MoYou stamping mat to show it over a dark base as well as a light base and as you can see it does cover both lighter bases as well as a darker base.

Review: MoYou - Stamping Nail Polish - Emperors Gold*

MoYou Stamping Nail Polish - Emperors Gold

 This stamping nail polish is a polish designed specially for stamping which comes in a small cardboard box.

Review: MoYou Stamping Nail Polish - Red*

MoYou Stamping Nail Polish - Red

 This special nail polish is a polish designed specially for stamping, it comes in a small cardboard box.

MoYou describe it; "This classic MoYou Red stamping nail polish is perfect for your Christmas nail decorations and also to add brilliance in the summer sun. Use it as a base with Gold and Silver or in stamping to add a Glam touch to your nails"

As they say you can use it as a standard nail polish, which I have swatched below;

The colour on the swatch is accurate, it is a classic red shade which dries to a semi matte finish. As well as it being good for Christmas I think it would be good for Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. The brush is flattened and wide.

I have tried this over a dark base as well as a light base and I would say while it does cover lighter bases, over a black it just doesn't show up at all which hopefully the photo shows.

It is a good stamping polish, opaque, and stamps well. I have used it in some nail art which you can see below;
