I have been seeing this sort of nail design a lot recently.

Base Polish: Models Own - Red Black
Black flocking power

Stamping on Sunday: Matte

Matte was today's challenge, and this is what I came up with. The matte topcoat I have never seems to leave a smooth finish. It has cracked in places which is not a good look!
