Nail Polish Battle 2019: Yellow, Gold, Brown
I think today is the most eclectic of the battles!
Barry M - Banana Split | Barry M - Butterscotch | OPI - I'll Have a Gin and Techtonic | Barry M - Tangerine | OPI - Dazzling Dew Drop | A England - Maxim | A England - Camden Town | Born Pretty Store - Frantic Fire
Breaking down the eight polishes and choosing my top three was quite easy. Maxim is a neutral red holographic polish, it is quite a subtle holographic. Camden Town was the second A England polish I chose, this is quite difficult to describe, a plum brown holographic. The holographic flair in this one is stronger than Maxim.
Which of course means that the surprising winner is Butterscotch. I say surprising because this colour isn't holographic and it is a bit of an unusual shade. A 70's mustard colour, which is very unique to my collection, and having over 500 polishes now that is quite a feat!

Nail Polish Battle 2019: Grey and Black
As it is now December it is time for my annual nail polish battle. I find it interesting to look back over the year at the new polishes I have acquired and seeing which ones are my favourites.
Since last years nail polish battle I have 52 new nail polishes which is 11 less than last year. Today I am looking at grey and black ones.
OPI - Rub A Pub Pub | Revolution - Horror Show | A England - Mrs Danvers | A England - Goth | A England - Camelot | China Glaze - Liquid Leather
Choosing my top three was quite easy for this category. Rub a Pub Pub is a blue toned grey which is different to any of the other polishes in my collection. Liquid Leather is a really nice cream black polish, the formula is good. The thin brush type isn't my favourite type.
A England - Goth

The winner of this round is going to be Goth by A England. Formula is good, the brush is flat, wide and rounded at cuticle. It is holographic and is dark but is still distinguishable from a standard black polish.

Stamping Plate: Born Pretty Store - Nicole Diary L13 [#47647]*
Nicole Diary L13 is a large rectangle stamping plate (14.5cm x 9.5cm) which I was sent by Born Pretty Store. The plate itself came with a blue protective sticker over the top which you peel off to use.
The back of the plate is backed with a branded sticker. It is a Christmas, Winter themed plate with 40 different images on.
As the plate is so large it was tricky to test out, however all of the images stamped across really well even the finer detail lines.
Here are some nails I have done using L13;
