Review: BeautyBigBang - Silicone Stamper and Scraper*

Review-BeautyBigBang-Silicone-Stamper-Scraper

This is a large clear squishy stamping head which is held within a clear holder, this one is from BeautyBigBang.

The exact size of this is; diameter 4cm, height 5.5cm.

The stamping head is made of a squishy silicone, I would describe this as being very squishy but not as much as a sticky marshmallow style stamper.

I could use this straight out of the package, it didn't need priming or prepping in anyway. It comes with a branded cap which is very useful for storage as it stops lint from sticking to it. I don't recommend using acetone to clean this stamper, I would suggest a sticky lint roller for this one.

What I liked about this stamper is how the head as well as the holder, is clear which means that it is very easy to line up the image on the nail.

The scraper is also clear, this one has a festive design on it. It is the size of a credit card although it is a lot more flexible than a typical card or scraper.

I have a 10% off code "ERA10" which you can use on the website if you would like.

Stamping Plate: Bundle Monster Holiday Collection H03 (BMH03)

Bundle Monster have a collection called the 'Holiday Collection' which consists of 25 different plates.

This stamping plate is backed with branded backing, so it doesn't have sharp edges, each plate has six images on them.

BM-H03 has four single images on them and two full nail designs. This plate is winter themed. All of the images stamped across well and I particularly like the glove and bell full nail image.

You can see all of the nail art I used this plate in here, once I have used it that is!

Nail Polish Battle 2017: Winner!

So we left off on the top three polishes of 2017 and today I find out which is the winner.

Holographic Lights // Spirit of the Moors // In Robe and Crown

Firstly is Holographic Lights, which was the first nail polish in sometime from the high street which made me excited for polish again. Not since the days of GOSH and the original Holographic has there been a polish this spectacular so easily available. That said it is too bright to win this particular challenge.

In second place is Spirit of the Moors, a bright blue holographic finish polish. Really vivid and something I always get comments on whenever I wear it. While I have darker blue holographic polishes and lighter ones also this is definitely a stand out. Bright and vivid and stunning, but for me this is too bright to win, I am drawn to darker things.

And so the winner has to be In Robe and Crown, which is the darkest of the three polishes in the top three. It is described as a "dark lavish red garnet resplendent in its prismatic hologram light". It is a deep purple with aubergine and garnet in there, along with the stunning formula and holographic finish you get with A England polishes. This is a polish I would wear as is without adding extra too which is rare for me to do. I love this polish!
