Nail Polish Battle 2018: Grey

Today I am going over the grey polishes I have gotten during 2018.

OPI - Ornament To Be Together // A England - Jane Morris // A England - Moth A Fairy // OPI - Coalmates // OPI - Top The Package With A Beau // Revlon - Talk Dirty

First thing is to work out my top three;

A England - Jane Morris // A England - Moth A Fairy // OPI - Coalmates

A England - Jane Morris is a mid grey holographic polish. I really like how it is prismatic but not in your face bright.

OPI - Coalmates is a metallic charcoal shade, with some scattered holographic particles.

And the winner is: A England - Moth A Fairy! This polish is deeper in tone than Jane Morris, but equally as holographic. A dark grey, moody, holographic polish.

Nail Polish Battle 2018: Yellow, Gold, Beige

Seeing it is almost the end of 2018 it is time for my annual nail polish battle. I find it interesting to look back over the year at the new polishes I have gotten and seeing which ones are my favourites.

So since last years nail polish battle I have 63 new nail polishes which is 10 more than last year.. Oops! Today I am looking at yellow, gold and beige ones.

The first thing was to work out my top three;

China Glaze - Werk It Honey! // Barry M - Sunburst // A England - Briarwood

China Glaze - Werk It Honey is a almost opaque in one coat, not something I would wear as is but something I have gotten quite a lot of wear from in the form of nail art this year.

Barry M - Sunburst, is a peach holographic polish. Originally when I saw this release I decided I didn't need it, however once I had seen it in store I changed my mind because it would be unique to my collection.

And the winner is, A England - Briarwood! I chose this as the winner as it is darker than the others, something I have been wearing recently and it is a beautiful autumnal holographic polish.

Stamping Plate: MoYou - Christmas Style 453*

MoYou 453 is one of the square shaped plates measuring at 5.5cm by 5.5cm. It comes packaged in a cardboard slip sleeve and with a protective blue coating which you peel off to reveal the images.

This plate has a collage style plate with many images on it, the theme is the festive season with some Christmas as well as New Year's themed designs.

Trying to show a collage plate is a little difficult but hopefully this shows that the images stamp across well.

The tree image is something I want to use again with some multi colour dots for fairy lights.
