I got the regular Eclipse last year and liked it so much (it won my 2020 nail polish of the year) I thought I would try the holographic version. The polish is quite beautiful, however I think I prefer the standard version more because the holographic particles almost take away something from the super shifty base.

Originally I did these nails in 2010 and then again in 2013, plenty of time has passed and thought I would try again. My nails are now longer and a different shape to previously, the stamped image doesn't quite look right as it is too short for my nails.

Stamping Plate: Beauty Big Bang XL-001

I think I bought this plate at some point during early 2020. I don't have a lot of Beauty Big Bang plates but the ones I have used are well etched and easy to use.

The plate is backed with thick, hard plastic and is rectangle shaped. It has 14 full nail images on, they are longer in lengths which works on longer nails. All the images stamped across well.

Topic Tuesday: Favourite Long Wearing Topcoat

For a while I did like Seche Vite and Sally Hansen Insta Dry but they caused shrinkage. I tried a few others but my go to now is Glisten and Glow and it has been for some time. It doesn't shrink, dries nails very quickly, leaves them glossy and doesn't turn whites yellow.
