Nails: World Diabetes Day 2017

November is Diabetes Awareness Month and November 14th is World Diabetes Day. I also did awareness nails last year which you can see here.

The reason behind today being World Diabetes Day is because the 14th November was Sir Fredrick Banting's birthday, the co-founder of insulin.

Nails: World Mental Health Day 2017 - Workplace

Today is World Mental Health Day and the theme is mental health in the workplace. I used caviar pearls to create the ribbon and the cup and saucer is to signify the importance of the little things. A cup of tea may not solve your problems but enjoying the small moments is an important step.

Nails: #SockItSelfie Eating Disorder Awareness Week

Eating Disorder Awareness Week runs from 27th February until 5th March 2017. This week also ties in to the National Eating Disorder Awareness Week (#NEDAwareness) in the States.
