Subtle French but all black. Not too bad but a little wonky!

Nails: Matte Purple Pleaser

Elf Purple Pleaser and Elf Matte

The matte polish seems to be alright so far, and keeps them matte rather than going shiny quickly.

Lighter on the nail than in the bottle though, and its two coats.

Nail: Matte Plum

Still not sure about this matte look. As you can see it looks a little bit streaky and that is down to the top coat.

Nails: Grey Leopard

This was my first attempt at doing acrylic nails, very long and make doing normal things so hard!

Besides the acrylic nails I think this leopard print is good. They look better in real life, some of the silver spots are GOSH Holographic and others are UV silver.

Nails: French

Just a bit of a boring French manicure today.
ELF Polish nude and pearl.

Swatch: Models Own - Matte Black

When it dried it did look matte. I had to do three coats of the polish to make sure it wasn't patchy. The photo above was taken a day after painting and as you can see the polish doesn't look very matte. It did for about 12 hours and then seemed to loose its matte finish.

Nails: Chocolate French

Inspired by the lovely Jelena over at Makeup for Everyone
Bit of a chocolate french manicure style going on using;
ELF - Smokey Brown
ELF - Chocolate

Swatch: Models Own - Gun Grey

This polish goes on really nicely, the above photo is 3 coats in natural light with no flash. Its a nice shiny grey colour and it didn't chip easily, lasted about 3 days on my nails without a top coat.

Swatch: ELF - Dark Navy

Generally ELF's nail polish is good, this navy is more black / blue. It doesn't dry as shiny as the other colours I have tried. Also this colour seemed to chip so much easier than the other shades I have tried. Chipped within one day.

Nails: Fluorescent Animal Print

My first time doing anything like that and this was done by my left hand.
